How I can help

Hypnotherapy focused on what matters to you

Knowing the name of a service is one thing; knowing whether it fits your situation is another. These are some of the concerns I work with. You can ask about your own circumstances before arranging an appointment.

Your situation, your goals

There is space for
what matters to you.

Anxiety and stress

When worries keep circling, it can be difficult to feel present or give yourself a break. You might notice it before a social situation, during a demanding period or when you are trying to settle at the end of the day.

Hypnotherapy can be used to help relieve anxiety through relaxation and suggestions agreed around your goals. We start by discussing what you are experiencing and whether this approach is suitable for you.

You do not need to diagnose yourself or choose a technique before making an enquiry.

Sleep and relaxation

If bedtime has become the point when your mind becomes busiest, you may want help creating a different way to wind down.

I offer hypnotherapy for relaxation and sleep-related routines. Sessions can focus on settling, switching attention away from familiar worries and supporting a routine you want to develop. Persistent or unexplained sleep difficulties should also be discussed with your GP.

Confidence and everyday challenges

An interview, a presentation or an important conversation can feel much bigger when you are worrying about how it will go. Sometimes the difficulty is a more general lack of confidence or self-esteem.

We can talk about the situations you would like to approach differently and use hypnotherapy to work towards those personal goals. The starting point is what confidence would allow you to do in your own life.

Fears and phobias

A fear of flying, needles, dentists or particular animals can affect the choices you make and the situations you avoid.

These are among the fears listed in my services. Let me know what you are concerned about and any relevant appointment or event, so we can discuss the work involved and whether my approach is appropriate.

Unwanted habits

A habit such as nail biting can happen almost before you notice it, especially in familiar situations. Understanding when it happens gives us something specific to work with.

I offer support with behavioural change and unwanted habits. We can discuss the pattern, what you would like to do differently and whether hypnotherapy is a suitable option.

Enquiring for a child or young person

If you are asking on behalf of a child or teenager, please contact me before arranging a session. Tell me their age and give a brief outline of the concern so we can discuss suitability and the arrangements that would be needed.

A first step, at your pace

Not sure where your concern fits?

You do not need to find the perfect heading. A short enquiry is enough to start a conversation about whether the services I offer are appropriate for you.
